Aesthetic gymnastics is a relatively young discipline and is not yet included in the Olympic list, but this does not prevent it from standing out more and more against the general background and rapidly gaining popularity due to its entertainment.

 

This is a team sport - girls perform in groups of 6 to 14 people and perform a beautiful synchronized dance to the music, which combines complex gymnastic, acrobatic and choreographic ligaments based on graceful and natural movements of the whole body. Unlike rhythmic gymnastics, sports equipment is not used in aesthetics, so it is less traumatic.

 

Aesthetic gymnastics originates from Isadora Duncan's "free dances". She went out to dance barefoot on half-toes and with the help of ancient Greek plastics told a whole story, using an expressive interpretation of music through movements.

 

The great advantage of aesthetic gymnastics is that, like any team sport, it teaches interaction in a team, reveals leadership qualities in children and helps to build stable communication with peers.

 

In all other respects, it has the same advantages as rhythmic gymnastics: it strengthens health, develops dexterity, a sense of rhythm, artistry and of course helps in the formation of a beautiful natural feminine figure.

 

The number of athletes in the AURA OF VICTORIES Academy has already exceeded a thousand. Children regularly perform at regional and All-Russian competitions, travel a lot, expanding their horizons and replenishing their collection of souvenirs from various parts of the country, and every summer they participate in sports camps that traditionally take place on the Black Sea coast.
